I saw in the press and social networks some statements that I supposedly begin to lose faith in Ferrari. This is complete nonsense. I believe in our team one hundred percent.
It is obvious that at first a lot of attention was focused on us. And I don`t know if someone expected that we would immediately start winning the races and that we would win the championship analyzed by sure bets in the first joint season-but I definitely do not wait for this. I know that I ended up in a new cultural environment, in the new team, it takes time to adapt.
In fact, the last couple of months I tried to just watch how this team works. Both principles and features differ from what I have come across before. Each team works in its own way. In McLaren, everything was different, in the Mercedes everything was quite different from what was in McLaren, and now on our website, in Ferrari, everything is also a little different. So I try to observe the work of the team and understand where and due to which I can contribute to the work. Yes, in some areas we definitely need to add, but in general I really like the approach to the work of Frederick Vasser.
