Chelsea and the former team doctor Eva Carneiro failed to reach agreement on a preliminary hearing in Court after her dismissal by the club from the Premier League, British media reported.
Carneiro`s lawyer in front of BBC Mary O`Rourke said that an out-of-court settlement has not been reached. The next hearing will be held later in the year. Carneiro personally attended the meeting.
She arrived at Court with her husband Jason. The doctor claims she was wrongfully fired and has been subjected to sexual discrimination. The scandal between Carneiro and Jose Mourinho broke out on Aug 8 during the match from soccer livescore of Chelsea with Swansea in the English Premier League.
Mourinho accused her incompetence. While the Blues from London were with 10 men on the pitch Carneiro had to provide medical assistance to the Eden Azhar. The Portuguese specialist thought the Belgian player was just tired, but did not need medical attention.
